Côte d'Ivoire Citizens mocking Ghanaians- watch what their president twitted about the look of their city

Look at the street of the Ivorian right after the winner of the AFCON 2015 was announced. even their president is celebrating.  the enjoyment on the street of  Côte d'Ivoire is due to the fact that it has been long since they won AFCON but I would still love to send some words of encouragements to my fellow Ghanaian who has felt disappointed.
