Kinto's issue comes on the heels of a running story regarding two students of St. Paul's Senior Senior High School (SPACO), who are said to have engaged in homosexual acts. Students went on rampage, destroying school properties when authorities refused to allow them to beat up the alleged homosexual students. Police were called to control the students, but a first-year student of the school was hit by a stray bullet when police fired warning shots to disperse the angry students.
